CANCELLATION 

Non-refundable Tours:

The tours which mostly have special economic prices are non-refundable, and the Office is obliged to inform travelers with that feature before booking. Those tours cannot be canceled by travelers and they are not refundable.

Refundable organised guided Tours:

Cancellation & Reschedule, 21 days before departure: Clients are entitled to cancel or reschedule their tour. The tours can be rescheduled without any fee up to 21 days before the departure. However, in case the tour is canceled in that period, the payment of the tour is fully refunded but 50 euro per person is withdrawn for administrative expenses made up to date.

Cancellation & Reschedule, 20 to 15 days before departure: 40% of the total value of the trip is non-refundable in case of cancellation. For rescheduling, the Office shall do its best for the client but there will most likely be some extra payments.

Cancellation & Reschedule, 14 days before departure, non-show: The tours can’t be cancelled or rescheduled at that period due to client’s negligence, personal excuses or missing responsibility. Greece Tours is not obliged to any compensation for the cancellation stemmed from the reasons of client himself.
