Day 1
Departing from Athens early in the morning. After 4 hours of driving you will reach the province of Katerini in Northern Greece.
Lunch time in the unique picturesque village of Agios Panteleimonas. There you will taste amazing flavours and extraordinary traditional dishes with the breathtaking view of Thermaic Gulf.
As soon as you finish lunch the tour continues to the archaeological site of Dion. Dion was a huge ancient city dedicated to Zeus and also the sacred city of ancient Macedonians and Alexander the Great.You will have plenty of time to explore this site and let yourselves be initiated at the ancient times, underneath mountain Olympus.
After that next stop is the seaside town of Platamonas where you will have free time for shopping or swimming into the crystal blue waters and sandy beaches of the area.

Day 2
This experience will start after your breakfast. In 45 minutes of driving we will reach the Olympus, the mountain of 12 Gods. There you will meet the guide who is going to accompany you on a unique wilderness hiking experience into the wild.
This is a 5-6 hours hike on one of the most famous routes of the imposing mountain of Olympus, in the unique beauty gorge of Enipeas, following part of the international path E4 hiking trails!
With our base in Prionia at 1100 meters, we follow a path in dense and green vegetation, which passes through picturesque wooden bridges, pedestals with crystal clear waters and impressive waterfalls that impress!
Also you will b to the Old Monastery of Agios Dionysios, founded in the 16th century, as well as the cave where Saint Dionysios practiced, which is well hidden in the rock!
An amazing hike in a natural environment of unparalleled beauty and with a great variety of relief, where the images of the nature of Olympus do not stop alternating and charming every nature lover!
On the way back to Athens you will enjoy traditional Greek food in a local tavern.
