Day 1
We will start our trip early in the morning, driving north from Athens on the national road and passing by the cities of Halkida and Thiva. Once we reach Livadia we will get off the national road and continue our drive to Mt Parnasos. Soon after, we reach ARACHOVA, a popular winter destination due to the largest ski center in Greece which is nearby. Then we will reach DELPHI, the place where ancient Greeks believed was the navel of the world. Its sanctuary and the Manteion with its oracles actually defined the course of ancient Greek history. We will visit the archaeological sites and the museum and have lunch enjoying the view of Amfissa and Itea. Later on we will continue our drive through traditional villages until we reach KALAMBAKA.You will also have the chance to enjoy the sunset from Meteora and enjoy cold wine admiring the view.
We will stay for the night in Kalambaka.

Day 2
Τhe next morning we will visit the monasteries of METEORA which are of significant religious and historical importance. We will also discover what man can create having as his only weapon his faith in God. Later on we we will stop at THERMOPYLAE, the place where LEONIDAS and his 300 men had a great battle against the Persians.. On our way back to Athens we will have our last stop at KAMENA VOURLA for lunch, where you can taste amazing greek seafood on a traditional fish tavern next to the sea.
